tutta l'umanità, una catarsi che riuscì a concretizzare nella sua volontà
ostinata di volare: sia nel "Ditirambo di Icaro", sia nel "Forse che sì, forse
che no", sia nelle sue febbrili imprese di guerra aerea, domina in D'Annunzio
l'archetipo del "volo" quale espressione di totale libertà ma anche come segno
di incoercibile progresso.Nel nostro scritto ci siamo valsi di documenti
inediti e di immagini che crediamo nuove (o, comunque, poco diffuse),
integrandoli con scritti, discorsi e commemorazioni tenuti dal Poeta già
conosciuti, al fine di dare continuità storica agli eventi narrati.
Stands further D'annunzio! As we wanted to bind it to the role of libertine Aesthete! And yet, throughout his literary output, even before his testimony of hero-Warrior, he has always sought, on behalf of all humanity, a catharsis that was able to achieve in his stubborn will to fly: both the "Dithyramb of Icarus", both in the "Forse che s??, forse che no", both in its feverish enterprises of aerial warfare, dominates in D'annunzio the archetype of the "flight" as an expression of total freedom but also as an expression of irrepressible progress. In our script we made use of unpublished documents and images that we believe new (or little-used), integrating them with writings, speeches and commemorations held by Poet already known, in order to give historical continuity to the events narrated.
